Renters Insurance - Provides those who are tenants of a dwelling, or an apartment with coverage for their personal belongings and liability protection in the event that somebody is injured while in their home. This liability protection includes medical payments and physical damage to property of others. Renter's insurance is similar to a condominium policy in that the same perils referenced above are covered for the property. These perils include fire, smoke, wind, hail, vandalism, theft, and water damage from plumbing.
